Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping for subscription products.
  • Free standard shipping for orders over $50.
  • Rates may change during promotional periods. 

 

    Delivery Times

    • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

    Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

    Shipping Destinations

    We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    If your tracking shows delivered, but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us at help@sluff.com and we'll do our best to help.

    Returns

    30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

    We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase at help@sluff.com and we will assist you with your return.

    Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

    Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

    How to Initiate a Return

    1.  Email us at help@sluff.com with your order number and reason for return.

    We'll respond within 3-5 business days with next steps.

    Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed with a reduction for return shipping for $7.95 within 7 days business days.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original order and place a new one.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at help@sluff.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll resolve it promptly.
